Ocho is an interesting beery project many people seem to have heard of, with a great reputation, but they seem to make no noise at all. Compared to many, they're very quiet on the socials, I don't seem to have spotted them at beer festivals in Melbourne... they just, yeah... do what they do; churn out tasty beers with a minimum fuss. Great looking haze here, that pale colour that I associate with the best examples from the U.S. Aroma bang on, melon, tropical fruit, spices. Juicy front, medium weight, melon and spices down back. Pretty slick stuff, again.
