Big shout out to the Deni Dry Cleaner who loves a Saison. He was on a trip with the family to Port Fairy over the 22-3 Christmas holidays and gave me a call after a day in the sun. "Mate, you know I love a Saison... got one for ya, Noodledoofs." I was on it. The bloke LOVES Saison so his tips are appreciated. I placed the order on the spot. A week later I was in Deni having a quiet couple with the man in question, and after a few big beers, he produced a tin of this. Certainly hit the spot. Bold, gutsy Saison with a sprinkling of modern hops. Grouse.
