The Full Noise range of wines by Alex Byrne from Noisy Ritual are made from the best fruit of the vintage, and given an extended oak maturation period. The warm and dry year that was 2019 is reflected in this dark and broody, plum driven, plush Pinot. Given the warmth and richness of the fruit, the savoury twist towards the back was a surprise, what starts ripe and rich ends up savoury and earthy.
