Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth 750ml

If you're in a good cocktail bar, chances are their choice of Dry Vermouth is Noilly Prat. First made in 1813 in the south of France, it's a blend of white wines, lightly fortified and infused with herbs and botanicals. Pours pale gold colour and has heaps of herby and citrussy aromas, the palate is silky and continues that theme with the addition of a little brine and more spice before finishing.....dry. Imagine that! Lovely over ice with a lemon wedge, or the absolute benchmark for a Dry Martini.
