We've just secured a small parcel of the latest Vivace release from Mount Towrong. It is still a cofermented blend of Nebbiolo & Chardonnay, though this time it's all from a single vintage. This ever-evolving process is captivating to watch. Once this stock is gone, it's gone... :(
This release still sports the pale rose colour, with a vigorous bubble. Strawberries & cream, peach and nougat on the nose. The palate is delicate, full of strawberry & peach flavours, before a dry, almost grippy finish. Absolutely delicious. Again.
