Morris Classic Rutherglen Muscat 500ml

Muscat from Rutherglen is a uniquely Australian treasure of the wine world, that's criminally underpriced, undervalued and misunderstood. A Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Cabernet or Champagne that reaches as far up the quality tree as this would set you back at the very least a hundred clams.

Deep mahogany colour, greeny-copper at the edge, the nose is fragrant & smells like fruitcake, toffee and flowers. The thick luscious palate carries generous flavours of fig, caramel, citrus & fragrant flowers, framed beautifully by the warm spirit backbone. It's sweet, indulgent, special and very worthy of a place on your counter at home - a small glass of this when you get home is just the ticket for the chilly season.
