Monsieur Truffe's chockies are made in Brunswick, by hand, from scratch - starting from the beans. If you call in to East Elevation in Brunswick for a coffee and something to eat, you can watch the busy chocolatiers ply their craft. 

At 51% cacao this is a touch richer and darker than most commercial honeycomb chocolates, which is set alight by the lovely pops of crunchy honeycomb generously smattered throughout.
