Monsieur Truffe's chockies are made in Brunswick, by hand, from scratch - starting from the beans. If you call in to East Elevation in Brunswick for a coffee and something to eat, you can watch the busy chocolatiers ply their craft. 

This one’s a 32% cacao milk chocolate with caramelised roasted almonds and a touch of sea salt.
