Monsieur Truffe Dark Chocolate 90g

Monsieur Truffe's chockies are made in Brunswick, by hand, from scratch - starting from the beans. If you call in to East Elevation in Brunswick for a coffee and something to eat, you can watch the busy chocolatiers ply their craft. 

This one’s a 70% dark chocolate made with none of the nonsense ingredients that commercial chocolatiers use. Simply organic cacao mass, sugar, cacao butter, vanilla, and a touch of soya lecithin to keep things smooth. It’s rich, creamy and indulgent, with a lovely lingering bitterness.
