Originally released in a circa $30 750ml bottle, Molly Rose's Sour Tom is a mixed culture fermented wheat base, with a heap of Victorian Strawberries thrown in. Getting very close to 'proper' lambic territory here. Great colour, depth, complexity, and funk through the nose and palate. Lovely plush texture, too. Terrific beer.
