Molly Rose Evolution Saison 0.5% 375ml

Nic Sandery of Molly Rose is a bit of a wizard when it comes to grog free / extremely low grog grog, he's the brains behind the noteworthy examples; Citra Citra & Strawberry Sublime, some of the best non-alcoholic beer going around. Hopefully they'll be back soon! This one's a colab with outdoor brand Arc'teryx.

I first tried this in 2024  and loved it. This is fizzy, estery, citrussy Saison flavoured Saison that's got very low, if any alcohol. It has plenty of body and depth. I think the 0.5% is to cover their butt if something goes awry in the brewery. The tax office ignores the first 0.5% and considers this alcohol free, so as far as I'm concerned if the ATO thinks it's grog free grog, so do I.
