Little Brunswick Chardonnay 2022 750ml

Lock, Stock & Teardrops is Little Brunswick's latest Geelong Chardonnay, now featuring a new fancy label. The wine style is updated too, this wine is much more a modern Australian Chardonnay than it is an adventurous Alex Croker "I want to try this out" kinda wine. Sensational to sniff; perfumed, interesting, inviting - fresh ripe nectarine, spices, a little toast. It's got an almost silky texture; flavour wise it made me think of peach crumble, sans the copious amounts of sugar. A lively, balanced acid keeps this fresh and fragrant and whets the appetite for more.
