Lino Ramble Solitaire Grillo 2020 750ml

Andy loves a Chardonnay, but reckons it uses too much water so he has had a crack at using Grillo grapes but made it with Chardonnay techniques; a portion barrel fermented, full malo, lees stirring. The resultant wine is a big, creamy, stonefruit and melon driven number, baking spices intertwined, a little grip, crisp dry citrus and nut finish. A wine made from a pretty wholesome headspace that'll open hearts and minds, I reckon.
