Riverland Vermentino & Nero di Troia by Pat Sullivan & Xavier Goodridge. Murky blush pink in the glass with a gentle fizz, fresh florals, a little talc and vanilla on the nose, the palate shows red fruits and more florals in a pretty delicate fashion, there's a little grippiness towards the back and a watermelon flourish in the aftertaste. It's Pet Nat in a top hat, quite refined and polished, interesting enough for the rusted on funk bomb guzzlers and polished enough for the uninitiated.
