This phenonal beer by Ben at Ida Pruul was aged in barrel on Pinot Gris skins from Micah at Defialy Wine. Ben's classic golden sour sings in perfect harmony with the funky pear flavours offered up by Micah's skins. The pear raises up, then crashes, then up, then crashes in a fashion that'd make cryptocurrency jealous, before a booming dry funky finish concludes the presentation.
