Hawkers IPA Cube 16 x 375ml

West Coast leanings, but with a Southern Hemisphere twang — this IPA manages to be bold and balanced at once. Plenty of hop punch without blowing out your palate. Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Nelson Sauvin lead with citrus and tropicals notes, floral spice humming underneath. There's malt for structure but not too much sweetness — just enough to prop up the bitterness. Medium body, dry finish, and dangerously smashable for 6%.
