Havana Club 3yo White Rum 700ml

Havana Club 3yo white rum is not fancy, not flashy, but quietly essential. The a key ingredient in half the classic rum cocktails you’ve ever drunk (or should drink), like the Daiquiri or Mojito, where it pulls its weight with clean, dry, citrusy backbone.

Pale straw in colour thanks to a bit of oak ageing, then filtered to strip out most of the colour while keeping a touch of roundness. On the nose you get lawn clippings, vanilla, citrus peel and a bit of banana. The palate is crisp and light with sugarcane, lemon, vanilla and peppery warmth. Finishes dry and slightly herbal, which makes it ridiculously good with lime and mint.
