Barrel fermented, in barrels between 1 & 4 vintages old, full malo.
Gold with a slight haze. Delicate, but complex nose; grapefruit, stonefruit, dry biscuit and a little ginger, perhaps some bliss bombs too! The palate is light, straightforward and utterly smashable, it isn't super complex or punchy, but it's a ripper of a session wine for drinkin' not thinkin'.
