Gentle Folk Vin De Sofa is made from Gamay, Pinot Noir & Merlot - and a few other assorted bits and pieces, all from the Adelaide Hills. Deep ruby in colour, it's a ripper to sniff; notes of blueberry, dried flowers, sour cherry, plum, spice, mixed peel, and fresh herbs. The palate is light, bright, and crunchy neck oil. Session wine, if ever there was one.
