Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin 700ml

Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin is Rare Dry’s fruit soaked stablemate employing the same gin base, but steeped with Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes until it turns a deep, inky purple and starts tasting like a delicious Ribena Negroni. Smells like cassis, blackberry, and spice, with a hint of juniper and citrus poking through. The palate’s rich & dark fruit driven with sweet spice, and a little tannin grip to keep things tidy. 

Same feelings as with the Rare Dry with regards to provenance and authenticity; brilliant drinking, but they’re a big business distilling machine that cosplayed as something crafty and boutique right up until they sold to Japan's Lion Nathan - something I suspect was the plan all along.
