Lemon yellow in colour, this wine delivers aromas of nashi pear, honeysuckle and finger lime with hints of tarragon. The palate is tantalising with lemon sorbet, sea spray, bright acidity and gorgeous minerality. There’s a lick of spice from skin contact and an umami edge to the finish.
