Espolon Tequila Reposado 700ml

100% blue agave, aged in American oak for 3–5 months, which softens the edges a bit, adds a touch of sweetness & spice, some colour too. Pale gold & smells lovely; vanilla, caramel, baking spice with some smokiness there too. The palate is smooth, with toffee apple, pepper, nutmeg and a little oak sweetness. Beautifully balanced, it's lovely to sip or makes a killer Paloma.
