Crystal clear with aromas of sweet pastry, vanilla, lime zest, and white pepper. Bright and crisp on the palate, featuring green pepper, citrus, and a faint herbal bite. It's perfectly balanced, great to sip - if you warm it up in the glass with your hands it picks up a silky texture.
