Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Clairette & Picpoul from McLaren Vale, no oak. Pale in colour, cracking nose; nashi, gooseberry, dry biscuit, kelp. Delicately textured, flavours of nashi, olive toast, with a little butteriness and minerality, super crisp, granny smith-like, dry finish. This note reads weird. It's a friggin' grouse wine though.
