Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc from Margaret River, organic, hand-harvested, plenty of time on skins and resting in concrete. Lovely colour, lovely aromatics, nice grip, stonefruit, passionfruit, gentle funk, herby bitterness in the dry finish. Delightful wine.
