Domaine Les Fouques Cuvee Tradition Rose 2022 750ml

Grenache & Cinsault from Cotes de Provence. Delicate aromas of strawberries & cream, a little mint sprig, the palate is surprisingly punchy; great weight, a little bit of grip, the ripe berries are there, underpinned by a gently pithy bitterness with a botanical flourish towards the end. It didn't smell like it was going to be as delicious as it is, so perhaps something going on with the bottle as the container had just landed; but we've sold a heap since first tasting it and everyone keeps charging back for more.
