Domaine La Florane Cotes du Rhone Rose 2023 750ml

Cinsault, Grenache & Syrah. At 300 metres altitude in clay-rich soils, and about 30 years old. The grapes are picked at night for freshness, then pressed pneumatically. The juices then ferment in concrete vats, before ageing on fine lees in the same vats to acquire a fuller body. This pale pink rosé reveals generous, heady, glycerol-laced notes of redcurrant; a lively, supple and pure finish; and sucrosity as well.
