Defialy Pale Blue Eyes Savagnin 2022 750ml

Pale Blue Eyes, previously a Chardonnay, now Savagnin from the King Valley. We got lots of apple and pear aromas, a slight nuttiness, and an olive vibe there too. The wine sports a really creamy texture, and shows some oxidative toasty nutty characteristics over the fresh crisp tree fruits. Really racy, fine, zippy finish. Quirky wine, but a fuggin' delicious one.
