"Pluot" ugh.. what a word. Doesn't really roll off the tongue too nicely. Thankfully, everything else that goes on with the tongue and this beer is mightily pleasant. Murky peach/strawberry colour with a gentle fizz. Massive apricot, almond, marshmallow, sour plum, mint and parmesan rind aroma. Enormous helpings of ripe fresh fruit and sharp acidity, with a whisper of funk makes this one heck of a challenging and complex beer. Mighty impressive, but gee whiz this is a lot. One to share.
