Hop Nation is another brewer joining the spirits market, following Boatrocker, Noodledoof, One Drop, Young Henry's and Hawkers' contract spirits - I am sure there are others that I've forgotten.
All of the citrus on the nose, lemon balm, lemon myrtle, lemon pith, grapefruit, coriander, cinnamon, five spice and earth. The palate is juicy and sweet-ish up front; under the juniper there's a great bitter herbaceousness. Really good crafty G&T Gin here.
