Combes Off The Hill Syrah 2021 750ml

Syrah grapes grown in the Yarra Valley on the Thousand Candles vineyard. It pours a deep crimson colour and is lovely to sniff; raspberry, violet, a little pepper, dark chocolate and nutmeg. The palate is plush and vibrant, ripe dark berries, a little black olive, pepper and spice. Great balance of ripeness and acidity here, it's just a lovely wine.
