PAX….Aeterna savior of the universe! Dunno why this song pops into my head every time I see this label. Old vine Barossa Grenache, made modern - no adds, no excessive oak. Vibrant, juicy, medium bodied red with a lovely dry, taut finish. Just a joy to drink, as it has been year-in year out.
