I cracked the can of this concept beer by Bonehead & Bakery Hill, poured it into a glass and thought "ehhh...." Fridge cold, there's not much to it. Potting mix, smoky dried herbs, dry light Lager vibe. Went out the back, boiled the kettle for a cuppa, and thought... "that beer's supposed to be a Hot Toddy.... I wonder." Poured some into another glass, then poured hot water around the glass, came back to it as the beer was warm and it all made sense. Smoky, spicy, sweet, sticky, delicious. This is going to look like a train wreck on beer rating websites and social media unless people give it the proper treatment. Warm it up folks!
