Bonal Gentiane-Quina Aperitif 750ml

Bonal Gentiane-Quina Aperitif 750ml

A distinctive Aperitif made near Chambery in the French Alps, Bonal was developed in the 1860s by former Chartreux Monk, Brother Raphael Bonal. It's made from a wine base and pours a brown-ish colour. Quite light in body, it shows both sweet stewy fruit and bitter, herbal earthy flavours with a bitter, pithy and herbal aftertaste. It's a really unique drink that people are either going to love or hate, I dont' see much middle ground here.

$36.00 each, or $33.33 in any wine dozen buy.
