Blood Moon Foundling Fiano 2022 750ml

Fiano from Heathcote in Victoria. Half destemmed, half left whole and soaked before fermentation in old French oak with extended less contact. It's deep gold, rich, generous wine, soft and creamy - stonefruit, nougat, almond, with a long, dry, savoury, almost saline finish.
