Billy Button Rosato 2024 750ml

Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in the King & Alpine Valleys of Northeast Victoria. Very pale salmon pink colour, with delicate strawberry, cherry and talc aromas. The palate is light and very dry; subtle dark cherry and strawberry flavours with a little stalk, and some fine chalky grip. It's a very delicate and dry savoury styled Rose. Particularly great value and worth a squiz if you like the light dry Rose of Southern France.
