Big Tree Seasonal Cumquat Gin 700ml

Big Tree is a lovely little distillery in Victoria's Macedon Ranges. You can daytrip them with Mount Towrong & Hesket Estate quite easily. Recommended from experience!

This Gin is a riff on their Elegant Dry Gin. They steep 20kg of local Cumquat in 300L of their already delicious Elegant Dry Gin, then redistill it, infusing the Gin with a heap of aromatic, slightly bitter Cumquat. It adds an extra level of depth to the Gin and drinks beautifully, it's so clean, soft, polished and refreshing. Sensational stuff.   20kg cumquat / 300L charge
