Chilli & Chocolate sounds kind of off for a Gin, I must admit. Having tried it, and speaking to them about how they did it; I get it. The fattiness of the chocolate and gentle piquancy of the chilli (and I mean real gentle, like that gentle you might not know it was there if you weren't looking) adds so much depth and punch to a Negroni. It is *the* perfect Negroni Gin. There's a bottle open at the shop, come and try it for yourself and save me from trying to get some words that do it justice.
