Allevare Cabernet Franc 2022 750ml

Cabernet Franc grapes grown in Nagambie, Victoria. Made using Carbonic fermentation techniques and without oak to highlight the fruit purity. It has captured the essence of Cabernet Franc beautifully; raspberry, blackcurrant, green capsicum and a subtle whiff of Char Siu on the nose; the palate is polite and delicious; bright pops of fruit framed by a savoury twigs and spices vibe. I think this wine is super groovy and hope you do too.
