Albert Brewery fired up in Moonah, a northern suburb of Hobart in early 2021. It is a reincarnation of sorts of Boekamp Bier which as Albert Brewery does now, specialised in Lager.
This here beer plays a pretty straight bat; water cracker and bread dough vibes, spotlessly clear with a crisp white head that holds a gentle dose of noble hops. A teriffic if unexciting example.
