Melbourne Gin Company is made in the Yarra Valley by winemaker Andrew Marks, who uses a unique still originally designed for the production of perfume. Fresh & aromatic on the nose, juniper, cardamom, citrus & flowers. The palate is finely tuned with heaps of fresh lemon paired with earthy spice and of course, juniper. Eucalyptus and curry powder there too. Finishes clean, gently warming and peppery.
