JM Rhum Agricole XO 45% 700ml

I've long been a fan of JM Rhum Agricole Blanc, the Chris Hysted-Adams Mojito ingredient of choice. This is the XO version, aged in ex-Bourbon barrels for a few years. It's a deep bronze colour and throws big fruit cake and vanilla aromas, has a dense, chewy texture again carrying the fruit cake and vanilla, smidge of coconut flavours with a warm spicy finish. Delicious sipping rum/rhum.
