A field blend dry white - predominantly Chardonnay & Gewurztraminer, with splashes of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc & Semillon.
It pours a pale straw colour, and has aromas of citrus, talc and stonefruit leaping from the glass. The palate has a creamy texture, continuing the stonefruit theme with a bit of something floral there, maybe violet? It finishes up all dry, and savoury and is just a straight up heckin' delicious wine. Something there for everyone. 12.0% alc/vol.
